Where are we?
We are in Sheffield S12. If you place an order for collection, you will be given the full address.
When is Collection (local customers and cheesecakes)?
Tues-Fri 7-8pm and Sunday 10-11am. We do 1 local delivery evening a week, this will be announced on social media at the start of each week.
How do I order?
You can either order online, or simply send us a message on facebook, instagram @bealybobscookies with what you would like to order. Let us know if you want to collect or if you want delivery. Please note, a deposit of £10 must be made for orders over £20, or you can pay the full amount in advance.
How do I pay?
If your order requires a deposit, this can be taken either via paypal or bank transfer. Deposits can also be taken in person via cash or card. Full payment can be made by either of the preceding methods, cash or card on collection.
What about events and markets?
We will update the events page on facebook with any markets or events we are attending, so watch this space!
What about your gluten free and vegan selection?
Our gluten free selection and Vegan selections are always made separately. However, as the products are still made in the same kitchen, they may not be suitable for any severe allergies.
Individual Allergens (Not including GF/Vegan)
All flavours have Egg and Gluten, Milk Products: Eton Mess, Sticky Toffee, Chocolate Fudge, Apple Pie, Carrot Cake, Banoffee Pie, Brookie, Gingerbread. Nuts: Bakewell Tart, Black Forest Gateau, Carrot Cake (Optional), Sesame: Black Forest Gateau, Soy: Chocolate fudge, Brookie, Sulphur: Bakewell Tart
Allergens for all other orders are available prior to placing your order with us, or listed on packaging upon collection
Shelf Life
We don’t use any artificial preservatives in our products, so they have a short shelf life.
Cookies Collected: Cookies with a caramel, cream cheese frosting or chocolate fudge sauce topping: keep at room temperature for 3 days or in the Fridge for up to a week. Other flavours may be kept for a week outside of the fridge. Remove cookies from the fridge an hour before serving if you do not want to eat them cold.
Cookies delivered: Eat by day following delivery if choosing to keep at room temperature. If cookies are placed in the fridge, you will have 5 days to enjoy them. Remove cookies from the fridge an hour before serving if you do not want to eat them cold.
Delivery
UK Wide deliveries are made Tuesday and Thursdays. You can opt for Royal Mail 1st class or DPD next day guaranteed.
